Photo Books a Great Marketing Tool

I'm often asked to donate a gift certificate to local school fundraisers and am always happy to do so.  Providing a donation is a great way to get my name out within a new community and market my business.

In the past I have provided the school with a gift certificate, business cards and a few print samples of my work, but then it finally dawned on me that I should provide them with a photo book that they can display (something they can borrow for the event and return to me).

Photo books are a great way to neatly showcase your work and they are easy for the organizers of the event to display (as someone who has organized several school auctions, I know this first hand).

Anyway, I thought I'd share this simple book I put together using Shutterfly.  Creating it was easy and I'm very happy with the results.

If you participate in local auctions/events what marketing materials do you provide?

    This is a fantastic idea you can showcase your work for everyone as well as you can keep it with as a memory too.
