Getting Exercise with the New Balance 639 Fitness Evolved Headphones

When I'm not taking photos, I try and get a work out in each day although I must admit that lately I've been slacking.  But I've become motivated to get back into my routine by a new device--the New Balance 639 Fitness Evolved Headphones.

I recently had the opportunity to try these out and if you like great gadgets (which I'm guessing many of you do) and working out, this is one set of earphones you'll want to have with you the next time you hit the gym.

What is great about these headphones is not only do they deliver great sound (New Balance paired up with iHome) but they also provide heart rate monitoring, a pedometer, and stopwatch.  And you can track your progress with the included Heartpal Data Graphing software.

Another cool feature is the real time voice-over feedback.  These "evolved headphones" actually speak to you.   It will tell you your heart rate, caloric burn, steps taken and distance without having to pause your work out or your music.

What I liked best about these headphones was that setting them up was a breeze.  After just a few hours in the charger and a touch of a button, I was on my way to a great work out!

Full Disclosure: I was provided with the New Balance NB639 Fitness Evolved Headphones to test out and keep for this review.  All opinions are my own and I was not compensated for my review.
