Photography Inspiration Found at Mortal Muses

Lately, I've been in a bit of a project 365 rut. As I mentioned last week, I've been scrambling to get a photo in each day.   I've been relying on my iPhone a little too much and squeezing in a last minute photo before I go to bed.   Which unfortunately leads to images which are not all that interesting (i.e. pile of laundry, ingredients for salad dressing, etc.).

So today, I decided to visit a few of my favorite photography blogs to find some inspiration and lo and behold I stumbled on the From Where I Stand post by Holly from Mortal Muses.   I love her post and it inspired me to take the photo above.

And the photo above is me, surveying my garden.  Today is also the day I go out and pull some weeds.  My poor neglected garden.........
