Friday Freebie: Theater Program Template

For the past few summers I have had the wonderful opportunity to take photos at a local summer theater conservatory for kids.  It was one of the highlights of my summer because the young actors were so incredibly talented and the songs from their musical, "Free to Be You and Me" resonated all day long while I edited my photos.

As a fun way to capture their head-shots I created this template inspired by the Playbills you get from a Broadway show.  In my template I inserted a head-shot or stage photo of each child and added that to their digital album.  For an aspiring actor it is a great wall display for them to dream and "picture" their future in the theater.

For a free download of either a 5x7 or 8x10 Theater Template, link HERE.  NOTE, you will need to LIKE my Facebook page, but doing so also provides a number of other popular templates that I've created.  [NOTE: This template was inspired by the famous "PLAYBILL" design.  The "Playbill" Logo is tradmarked and copyrighted]

NOTE, you do need to have some Photoshop experience plus knowledge of clipping masks.  If you're not familiar with how to use a clipping mask which you will need to know for this free template, check out one of our favorite blogs, The Coffee Shop Blog by Rita.  The link will walk you through an explanation on how to use a clipping mask (it's easy, believe me).

If you have an aspiring actor, enjoy this template and on with the show!
