Friday Freebies--Posing Guides

If you are looking for a little guidance on how to pose your subjects for you next photo shoot, you may want to check out the free app IPose U for iPhones.  It is basically a series of photos organized by category (babies, siblings, adults, children, family, etc...) that you can flip through for posing ideas.  It doesn't give any instructions (like what to do with hands or how to hide imperfections) but it does give you visual ideas for posing.  The samples are a mix of creative, contemporary and traditional. The free app has 15 photos in each category and you can upgrade to the full app which contains over 1100 photos for $4.99.

After downloading this app, I'm inspired to create my own gallery of favorite poses to keep handy on my iPhone.  I just need to find the time to do it.

Do you use posing guides?  Are there any you would recommend?
